We are glad you are interested in applying for The Mary Parrish Center’s transitional housing program.
To be eligible for the program, you must be:
•A survivor of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and/or stalking
•In need of housing as a result of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and/or stalking
•Eighteen years old or (legally) emancipated minor
•Willing and desiring to participate in our transitional housing program and meet with staff on a mutually-determined schedule
•Willing to create an individualized safety plan, with the assistance of staff
•Able to safely live independently, without access to staff or support 24-hours per day, 7 days per week
We now only accept referrals through our Domestic Violence Coordinated Entry process. If you are in need of housing assistance, please call our Coordinated Entry line at 615-955-0620 to talk with our Housing Intake Specialist.
